Neurodevelopmental teaching provider
Jeremiah's Promise, a non-profit Neurodevelopmental School and Therapy Center, is looking for compassionate, purposeful, and self-directed individuals who have a background in Education, Counseling, Social Work, or related profession to join our team of Neurodevelopmental Providers.

The Provider
The Provider is dedicated to administering superior care and educational, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services to clients graded Pre-k through 12th, as well as infants and adults. Diagnoses of clients in our program may include: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, Significant Learning Delay (LD), Apraxia, Pervasive Developmental Disorder (PDD), Speech Delays, Genetic Conditions, and/or Acquired Brain Injuries – Traumatic and Non-Traumatic.
Our Providers care for Jeremiah's Promise's clients by carrying out specific program methodologies that are based on tailored assessments ensuring they have the best opportunity to therapeutically improve. Our Providers are flexible and may work with different clients each day or week in different settings, but they are continually focused on the individual client’s needs and development. Because Providers work with multiple clients in varying settings, they are great communicators and experts at information-sharing to team members and across multiple formats to ensure successful outcomes for our clients.
Providers begin their career at Jeremiah's Promise by attending a highly intensive training and development program focused on Jacob’s Ladder's proprietary methodology and Interpersonal Whole-Brain Model of Care™ (IWBMC™). Once trained, our Providers experience a high degree of one-to-one intervention with their clients, coupled with low ratios of clients to providers (e.g., 2:1, 3:1) and small group instruction with multiple providers placed in each group.
In addition, Jeremiah's Promise offers program settings that specialize in meeting the specific needs of our clients through highly intensive, therapeutic means - all facilitated by our proprietary Jacob’s Ladder Methodology and Interpersonal Whole Brain Model of Care™ (IWBMC™).
